beautiful authentic village farm in a quiet street in the international village of melay in the haute-marne. the house has been kept authentic, with its beautiful fireplace, old cupboards, pointed stone walls and wooden floors. it therefore looks robust, but it is also has a modern feel, with its double glazed windows and doors, two bathrooms on the first and second floor and a modern kitchen. you enter the small courtyard, which is well sheltered in the summer and from which you can view village life. you can quietly watch the comings and goings of the guests from the local restaurant from the comfort of your chair. this romantic french restaurant is just one 100 meters away (without causing any inconvenience). from the courtyard you can enter both the large living room and the kitchen. the living room has a really nice surface, there is a wood stove and a striking cupboard wall. the wall has been pointed, making the authentic stones clearly visible. from the living room you enter directly into the cozy (living) kitchen, where the large authentic fireplace (with wood stove) forms the center of the house. this house is only heated with two good wood stoves and it is also very comfortable in winter. the kitchen itself is modern and fully equipped, it even has a dishwasher. on the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms and a small new bathroom. in the attic there is a gigantic space divided in two and again a small bathroom. attached to the house is a huge barn with a beautiful round gate, by the way, you can also enter the barn from the house. a kind of play attic has been created on the first floor in the barn. through the barn you enter the elongated backyard with enormous canopy. here is the lounge area of the house. it s a nice place to be on a summer s evening. the entire garden is completely enclosed for a truly private feeling. through the gate at the back over a small pathway there is another piece of land thats include in the sale. there is a small shed here. in short a beautiful old farmhouse transformed into a large summer holiday home. the house is fully equipped, but not yet completely finished. you still can put your own twist on it.

belle ferme de village authentique dans une rue calme du village international de melay en haute-marne. la maison a garde son authenticite, avec sa belle cheminee, ses placards anciens, ses murs en pierres apparentes et son parquet. il a donc l air robuste, mais c est aussi une maison moderne , avec double vitrage, deux salles de bains au premier et deuxieme etage et une cuisine moderne. vous entrez dans la petite cour bien abritee a l ete et d ou vous pourrez observer la vie du village. vous pourrez observer tranquillement les allees et venues des clients du restaurant local depuis le confort de votre fauteuil. ce restaurant francais romantique est a deux pas, sans avoir le bruit. depuis la cour, vous pouvez acceder au grand salon et a la cuisine. le salon a une tres belle surface, il y a un poele a bois et un superbe placard mural. le mur a ete jointoie, rendant ainsi clairement visibles les pierres authentiques. depuis le salon, vous entrez directement dans la cuisine (sejour) confortable, ou la grande cheminee authentique (avec encore un poele a bois) constitue le centre de la maison. cette maison est chauffee uniquement avec deux bons poeles a bois et elle est egalement tres confortable en hiver. la cuisine elle-meme est moderne et entierement equipee, elle dispose meme d un lave-vaisselle. au premier etage il y a 2 grandes chambres et une petite salle de bain neuve. dans les combles il y a un espace gigantesque divise en deux et encore une petite salle de bain. attenante a la maison se trouve une immense grange avec un beau portail rond, vous pouvez egalement entrer dans la grange depuis la maison. une salle de jeu a construit au premier etage de la grange. par la grange, vous entrez dans la cour allongee avec un enorme abri. voici le coin lounge , c est un endroit agreable pour une soiree d ete. l ensemble du jardin est entierement cloture pour un sentiment veritablement prive. par le portail au fond il-y-a petit chemin et autres de la vous trouvez encore un petit terrain (lancien potager). il y a un petit baraque ici. bref, une belle ancienne ferme transformee en grande maison de vacances d ete. le batiment est entierement equipe, mais pas encore completement termine. vous pouvez encore la amelioree dans votre style.

mooie authentieke herenboerderij in rustige straat in het internationale dorp melay in de haute-marne. het huis is authentiek gehouden, met haar mooie schouw, oude kasten, gevoegde stenen muren en houten vloeren. het oogt daardoor een robuust, maar het is tevens een modern pand, met dubbel glas, twee badkamers op de eerste en tweede etage en een moderne keuken. je komt binnen op de kleine cour, waar het zomers goed beschut toeven is en vanwaaruit je het dorpsleven kunt aanschouwen. het komen en gaan van de gasten van het plaatselijke restaurant sla je vanuit je luie stoel zo rustig gade. dit romantische franse restaurant ligt slechts op een steenworp afstand, overigens zonder dat je daar enige last van hebt. vanuit de cour kun je zowel in de grote woonkamer als in de keuken komen. de woonkamer heeft echt een mooie oppervlakte, er staat een houtkachel en een opvallende kastenwand. de muur is gevoegd waardoor de authentiek stenen mooi zichtbaar zijn. vanuit de woonkamer kom je direct in de knusse (woon) keuken alwaar de grote authentieke schouw (met houtkachel) het centrum van het huis vormt. dit huis wordt enkel verwarmd met twee goede houtkachels en ook s winters is het er zeer behaaglijk. de keuken zelf is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien, er staat zelfs een vaatwasser. op de eerste etage zijn er 2 grote slaapkamers en er is een kleine nieuwe badkamer. op de zolder is er een gigantische ruimte in tweeen verdeeld en opnieuw een kleine badkamer. aan het huis vast is een enorme schuur met mooie ronde poort, ook vanuit het woonhuis kun je de schuur in. boven in de schuur is er nog een soort speelzolder gebouwd. door de schuur kom je in de langwerpige achtertuin met enorme overkapping. hier is de lounge area van het huis. het is er goed toeven op een zwoele zomeravond. de gehele tuin is geheel afgesloten voor een echt prive gevoel. door de poort achter over het kleine paadje ligt nog een stukje land, de oude moestuin, dat er bij hoort. hier staat een kleine schuur op. kortom een mooie oude herenboerderij omgetoverd tot een groot zomers vakantiehuis. het pand is van alle gemakken voorzien, maar nog niet echt helemaal af. je kunt er nog echt je eigen draai aan geven.
