La Peruse - This was orginally a bar/restaurant in the centre of village with a stunning terrasse and garden with a stone wall, and attached barn with garage/cave and workshop within the barn. La Peruse - C'était à l'origine un bar/restaurant au centre du village avec une superbe terrasse et un jardin avec un mur en pierre, et une grange attenante avec garage/cave et atelier dans la grange. Toutes les installations sont là pour continuer une entreprise, peut-être un magasin avec des installations de restauration ou une petite chambre d'hôtes ou simplement une maison de famille. La maison au rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un grand espace bar avec deux entrées, cheminée, bar avec wc séparé et accès à l'étage. Il y a une grande salle à manger qui mène à un salon et un coin cuisine, à partir de là se trouve un débarras qui mène à la terrasse. De la salle à manger se trouve une porte qui donne accès à un garage, un grand atelier avec une cheminée et où se trouve la chaudière, et une cave avec accès à l'avant de la maison. A l'étage se trouve un long couloir avec un espace de rangement au bout, trois grandes chambres dont une avec possibilité de faire une salle de bains car il y a une petite pièce qui pourrait être aménagée.
