naar eigen smaak in te richten en te moderniseren camping te koop in frankrijk in de bourgogne, cote d or vlakbij het dorpje pouilly-sur-saone. de camping behelst officieel 25 standplaatsen op zo n 1,5 hectare terrein. er staat momenteel een oud gebouwtje op, verschillende provisorische sanitairblokken, en was- en spoelbakken (er zal een nieuwe sceptictank moeten worden geinstalleerd). tevens is er in een kleine houten schuur waar de receptie in is gehuisvest. een safaritent dient als bar/ keuken en uitgifte van snacks (blijft staan). het gaat er eigenlijk niet om wat er staat, maar wat je er mee kunt. zoals gezegd is het aan te raden de camping te moderniseren en daarvoor zijn de vergunningen al afgegeven (de plannen zijn beschikbaar). je kunt hier echts iets schitterends van maken naar eigen inzicht voor niet al te veel geld. ook vanwege het feit dat er bij deze camping nog meer terrein wordt meeverkocht, maar liefst 1,7 hectare extra (bij prijs inbegrepen). hier kun je van alles mee doen en voor verzinnen een voedselbos, moestuin, pluktuin, noem maar op. er valt een echte camping a la ferme van te maken. er zijn vele mogelijkheden. de camping ligt aan een rivier (let op overstromingsgevaar) en de vergunning voor de bouw van een aanleg/ speelsteiger is ook al afgegeven. de camping is centraal gelegen, in de buurt van dijon (hoofstad van de bourgogne). het dorpje pouilly-sur-saone ligt op loopafstand en heeft een bakkertje die naast diverse (stok- en gewone) broden ook koffie/thee en gebak aanbiedt. verder is er een hele kleine supermarkt die de nodige etenswaren verkoopt. in het iets verderop gelegen seurre bevinden zich drie grote supermarkten en een heel gezellig dorpscentrum met o.a. leuke kleding- en schoenboetiekjes, een winkel van sinkel, restaurantjes, terrasjes en bakkertjes. een keer per jaar is er in het gehele dorp een brocante met de mooiste tweedehands spulletjes. het feit dat de camping moet worden gemoderniseerd, wil niet zeggen dat de camping slecht heeft gedraaid, integendeel vele bezoekers wisten de camping te vinden. tijdens de exploitatie organiseerde de beheerders ter plaatse verschillende activiteiten zoals suppen, outdoorsteppen, boottochtjes, waterskien, vlottenbouwen en varen, shooting (boogschieten, luchtbuks, etc.), kanovaren, abseilen, klimmen, bivak en hikes. ook werden er barbecues en pizza-avonden georganiseerd. de omzet is zeer goed te noemen. om op te starten is de eigenaar bereid om doormiddel van zijn boekingsbureau de nieuwe eigenaren te helpen.kortom een leuke kleine camping met vele mogelijkheden voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. aarzel niet, neem gerust contact op voor meer informatie.
