belle ancienne ferme de village, mitoyenne, situe dans un petit village au bord d une riviere. bien entretenu comme residence secondaire. devant la maison il-y-a vous le puit (qui fonctionne) et une terrasse. en entrant par une petite porte authentique vous entrez dans l ancien salon avec cheminee et evier ancien. l arc vers l evier attire particulierement l attention. les murs sont tres jolie en pierres apparentes. au sol, il-y-a de nouveaux carrelages sur tout le rez-de-chaussee. depuis le salon, nous entrons dans la grande cuisine francaise spacieuse et confortable avec un vieux poele a bois. de la cuisine, vous entrez la bibliotheque et de la nous allons a l atelier dans la grange et a la grande cour arriere avec terrasse. au deuxieme etage de la maison il y a 2 chambres (dont une ouverte) et une salle de bain. la grande chambre est magnifiquement spacieuse en exploitant pleinement la hauteur du toit. le plafond aux poutres apparentes est clairement visible. cette maison dispose egalement d une immense grange, qui peut etre partiellement transforme a une appartement complet. le beau jardin avec arbres fruitiers est spacieux et entoure la maison. la buanderie avec toilettes supplementaires (permettant de camper en famille dans le jardin) est situee dans une petite annexe independante. derriere la maison il n y a que la nature et une petite riviere. une tres belle propriete a un prix avantageux, vous pouvez profiter de vos vacances tout de suite.

schitterend oude dorpsboerderij half vrijstaand in klein dorp met achter compleet vrij liggend aan een riviertje. netjes onderhouden als tweede huis. voor kom je over de oprijlaan langs de put (die werkt en is aangesloten) en de buiten zithoek, binnen door een kleine authentieke deur in de oude salon met oude schouw en gootsteen, netjes gevoegd waardoor de stenen goed zichtbar zijn, voor de boog naar de gootsteen toe trekt de aandacht. op de vloer liggen nieuwe plavuizen die over de gehele begane grond zijn doorgetrokken hetgeen een geheel geeft. vanuit de salon komen we in de grote ruime, gezellig franse keuken met oude houtkachel. vanuit de keuken lopen we door naar de bibliotheek en hiervandaan gaan we naar de werkplaats in de schuur en de grote achtertuin met terras met zonnescherm. boven in het huis bevinden zich 2 slaapkamers (waarvan een open) en een badkamer. de grote slaapkamer is mooi ruim door de gebruikte hoogte naar het dak. het balkenplafond is goed zichtbaar. dit huis heeft verder een enorme grote schuur, waar extra is uit te breiden, een compleet appartement is er mogelijk. de tuin is ruim en ligt rondom het huis. achter is het vrij, geen huizen en bevindt zich een riviertje. echt een super mooi pand voor een mooie prijs, je kunt er gelijk in en vakantie vieren.
