belle ferme de village authentique dans un village calme. l ancienne grande cuisine avec dalles en pierre (rare), belle grande cheminee ancienne et armoires en bois, tous a lancienne. plafond avec poutres apparentes. les cendriers, anciennes portes et l evier en pierre sont egalement toujours presents. tout bien intact. le salon du rez-de-chaussee a vraiment besoin d un nouveau planche. la fenetre offre une vue sur le beau grand jardin. a l etage il y a 1 chambre ancienne. par la cuisine, vous entrez dans l immense grange avec un espace pour plusieurs voitures ou vous pouvez construire plus des chambres. le toit arriere est en bon etat, le toit avant est en amiante. par la grange vous entrez dans le jardin avec abri (ideal pour une terrasse couverte). dans le jardin, il y a un ancien four a pain supplementaire avec une cave voute. cette petite maison/ four a pain peut egalement etre convertie en maison. avec un bel escalier en pierre, vous entrez dans un autre grand jardin. un batiment avec de nombreuses possibilites, mais il a besoin d etre renove. lumiere et eau sont connecte.

mooi authentieke dorpsboerderij in rustig dorp. in de oude grote keuken vind je de oude stenen vloer (zeldzaam), de mooie grote oude schouw en ouderwetse houten kasten. het balkenplafond is goed zichtbaar. ook de aslades, de oude deuren en de stenen gootsteen zijn nog aanwezig. alles mooi intact. de salon beneden moet echt een nieuwe vloer in. het raam biedt uitzicht op de mooie grote tuin. boven is er 1 oude kamer. via de keuken kom je in de enorme schuur met plaats voor meerdere auto waar je nog flink wat uit kunt bouwen. het dak achter is in goede staat, het dak voor is van asbest. via de schuur kom je in de tuin (meer voor) met overkapping (ideaal voor een boerenterras). in de tuin staat een extra oude broodoven met ronde kelder welke men ook nog kan verbouwen tot woonruimte. met een mooie stenen trap omhoog kom je in een extra stuk grote tuin. een pand met veel mogelijkheden, maar er moet wel worden opgeknapt. licht en water aanwezig.
